Do you mean square or sine?
If you mean square, then use a ring counter.
If you mean sine with 120 deg between phases, use a 3 stage phase shift
oscillator.
OK, there is less distortion on some outputs than others, but it is ok really.
If you mean adjacent but non-overlapping pulses, perhaps a shift register.
All these are guesses, I havn't built them..
