Expo conv. heater (tomg et al.)

The Moog Prodigy service manual shows how to set up the CA3046 heated
expo-converters used in the VCO's. Basically disconnect the heater power
and adjust a trimmer for the correct Vbe at the ambient temperature ( a
temperature vs. Vbe chart is given ). The manual can be found in the
