Don't know about these, but I was reading some old issue
of EW this morning (while waiting the car battery charging-
it's not so warm here now, -51 degree Celsius in northern
Finland this morning, -22 here where I live), and there was 
a schematic of a filter built around some Linear Technology 
filter chip. Don't have the model number in my mind yet
(LT1256 or something like it), but it was not a swiched cap 
filter (think I), there was a VC input, no clock inputs.
If you can get the required clock, why not to try a switched
cap filter, somthing like LTC1059 or LTC 1060 (=MF10).
