Any disadvantages in mounting PCB's upside-down?

You'd have to be sure that dust and moisture didn't build up
on the board, particularly if there are high voltages involved.
I remember fixing several New Zealand made MOSFET power amps
where, over time, the dust etc would build up resulting in
sparks across tracks...
