No serious, Ta is temp ambience, in this case near to the pcb, you know
this for shure.  Last summer I had 28C air temperature. So it could well
be that larger modules with lots of consumption create an internal Ta
of 40 or even 50C. Tj (which is junction, or crystal temp), can easily
be 10C higher, depending on power dissipation and package.


A studio cicuit should work from 10C to 30C air temp,
which could be 15C to 45C Ta in the module, I think.


(I bought a second fan.  The problem is the fridge, it heats up my little
appartment, and also the oven, of course. I live in the basement floor,
so better keep the windows shut all day, it is so easy to climb into the
window for burglary. @ years ago the came in into my neighbour's... In the
winter I seldomly turn on the heating, only when I'm in and not sleeping,
this is not many hours.  So, without heating the temp drops to 13C, which
is ok, because it is better to have "fresh" air then suffer from dehydration
because of extreme heating. You get used to it. If I visit people with normal 
heating, I think I'm in the Kongo Delta...)
