PNP arrays

Future/Active here in Canada sell quad 2N2907(PNP)/2N2222(NPN) in 14 pin dips.
They also have quad 2N3906/2N3904 in the same 14 pin dip package. The 2N
prefix seems to be replaced with MPQ. (e.g. MPQ2907) I don't know if they
merely 4 transistors packaged in a single dip, or if they are on a single
chip, etc. I'll try to dig up some information. Anyone else seen or used them?
