How about tape recorder spares. The rec/play switch has more poles than
you could ever want. You may need to have some sort of arrangement from
your front panel to move the slider, but it may work.

Or how about an analogue switch like a 4066 etc? In fact, try the DG2xx,
they have changeovers.
