And perhaps using a 4052 as a stage switch? 
And taking the + env out as as B input for switching to decay stage!! 
And the gate input to the A input of switch! Both inputs zeroes
makes release stage, A input high makes Attac stage, A and B input high
make decay to sustain stage. Ans round we go again, Wheeeeeee!!!
