gnuplot ! FOR WINDOWS!!!!

Hello all!

I have been curious, so I downloaded this GNUPlot software. A understand
that it can draw various diagrams, but I wonder how do you folks at
synth-diy really use this software?
Could somebody explain what is the real use of it in electric design?
