question about a roland hs60

There is a way to do this. You put the ju106 ( and hs60 i guess ) Into a
test mode by holding down some switches when you power up. I'm sorry but I
can't remember which ones they are. Maybe you'll find it on the archives.
This will then display the voice being played on the LED display. Just hit
a single key until you get a dead note and the number is the voice that's
dead. Sorry about the lack of information.
***** Hang on, I just did some experimenting and this seems to work:
with power off, hold down key transpose ad midi channel, Turn power on, now
press poly 1 and 2 simultaneously. Now each time you press a key the number
in the display should increment. Hopefully this is the same for the HS 60.
