Well, if we are talking about the same HARP project, it is a project
where they took two navy canon tubes and mounted one on top of the
other, so that you got effectively the double length. With this they
set new altitude records for canons.
Later did one of the main engineers for the HARP project construct a
supergun for Saddam Hussein in Iraq, actually he made a smaller one
first. The actual pipes where built in GB and the gun-powder came from
Italy (if I recall things right). They had the small gun fire a couple
of times. The big gun was never completed for firing, the Desert Storm
and UN inspectors came in and put a stop to that, but before this
Israeli Mossad agents had the engineer killed at his home in Belgium.
