Construction notes for ETI MIDI/CV interface

I have the parts for an old ETI MIDI/CV interface. This was given to me
by
a friend who partially constructed the kit. I don't have the
construction notes,
however, which makes finishing it a little tricky:-) Therefore, I would
be
grateful if anyone could point to a place where the construction notes
might
be available.
