I tried building a 9v supply to power both my 303 and 606, and ran into
problems.
For some reason, I couldn't connect both units shield connections on their
audio outputs together or I got a loud pumping noise from both units - they
were OK if either their outputs or power supplies were isolated.
In the end, I built a PSU with one transformer, but separate recitifers,
regultators and power outputs for each unit.
