Is dual == matched ? I gues not, other wise they would say so.
If this is the case then you get closer temperature contact as
a selected discrete pair, but the parameters may vary as wide
as in the discrete case (you are interested in collector current
matching as well). Seems you still have to select good ones.
So , they seem to be cheaper, but have also not so good matching.
