Japanese Dual Transistors

While searching for info on the 2SC1583 and the 2SA798 I found this
interesting pair of pairs :) at Toshiba.

2SA1349 Dual PNP (specs say 0mV min and 10mV max. delta Vbe, but no typ.)
2SC3381 Dual NPN (complementary to 2SA1349 same specs)

The 10mV max spec'd delta Vbe is not exactly what I would expect in a 
matched pair, but the data sheet claims "good pair characteristics"
The 0mV min is kind of funny :)

2SK389 Dual N-channel jFET (max 20mV delta Vgs)
2SJ109 Dual P-channel jFET (complementary to 2SK389)

For all the germans: Reichelt has all of them.
