MODULARS!!??

So you want to buy a system, that may be cheaper than diy.

The problem is where to find a vintage system, and what you can pay
for it.  The new breed of remakes that is now on the market looks quite
good.  I'd try a Nord Modular (softwrae , I know, but nervertheless)
, or a Technosaurus. Doepfer seems to be a bit too cheap to me, little
frontplates, tiny knobs, no good jacks.
