Hi malcolm
I may very well be wrong but i think that monster Moog was used by Wendy
(nee Walter) Carlos on " switched on Bach".
I seem to remember it's shown on the album cover (a copy of which i  sadly
got rid of a long! time ago).
I think it was the 101, or something like that?.
