No PCB layout software!

As a novice, I really like what MAP uses: PCB Development Tools by A.

I find it has just the right amount of features and is super easy to use.
Cost: $50 US.  The Eagle stuff looked good to, but I need boards larger than
X by Y.

If you don't want auto-routing you should check out ExpressPCB

http://www.expresspcb.com/

They will take your circuit and make PCB's for you from it!  The software is
free and I think it will print out to your printer too.
