Argh! I forgot that the protection diod empties the cap... as allways
the devil is in the details, and the worst thing is that I knew it!!!

What you do get is a tri+square wave.

However, in the spirit of not giving up:
If you compare the one of the ramps to earth (actually, just above)
you get a close to perfect square that you can add the the soup and
kill out the square... but this is not really a neat solution.
