I know a lot of them did.  I know that the Prophet 5 I once owned had
that feature.  If I am not mistaken, the original Memorymoog did not
have autotune, or had a very poor autotune.  Of course, people claim
today that the autotune function makes for a very sterile sound, and
that synths without autotune are "fatter."  Hey, if you don't like the
sound, don't push the autotune button!
