The return of the V/F VCO!

Has any one done any test and considerations 
about using the TC9400 series V/F 14PIN DIP as a VCO?

The device has exelent data 0,05% linearity,0-100kHz,
and its outputs saw wave, and suare wave without any
external OP amps!

The IC is a form of a discreete integrator,comparator
saw VCO type in a 14 pin package!!

A couple of years back i wanted to try this one out
but eventually the IC was to expencive here so it went onto the ice.
