Looking for joysticks...

Where can I find those little joysticks (X-Y Controllers).  I'm building a
synth, and I want to integrate a joystick into my design, but I can't find
a supplier for these anywhere.  I don't want to rape an old PC joystick or
anything...I want to use all new parts because I am building a prototype to
be viewed by investors.  Thanks for your help...
