Chances are, you will find much *less* than 20% useful, as far as
circuits you want to build. Much of the rest you may find interesting
and/or educational, or it may give you ideas for projects to develop on
your own. That said, there is no guarantee that the PCC will cover
everything that would be useful to you. Additionally, I would say that
the Handbook (MEH) is just as useful as the PCC, as it has most of the
basic circuit/system concepts covered in a very readable and
understandable way.
