CA3080 Pin #5

Gerry,

I have a tutorial on the 3080 that I have been trying to post to the
list for two days without luck. Somehow I'll get it there. Pin 5 is
where current is injected. You do not apply voltage to this pin without
a resistor. That current is modulated by the + and - inputs. Depending
upon these inputs, the current emerges at the output and can vary from
the injected current by a factor of 1 to -1 and everything in between.
The tutorial will make that clear. If you can't wait for it to appear
on the list, I can send it to you directly. Let me know.

Gene Z.
