606 mods..screwy...

This isn't a specific remedy for the mod in question, but just a general
suggestion: What kind of caps are you using? Depending on the circuit,
you might get better results with different types of caps. If you're using
ceramic, try poly or poly layer (film) capacitors. Since changing the pot
value doesn't change things it's probably not a problem there. 

BTW, wasn't there an error in that article? Check the 606 mod page. (don't
have the URL offhand but check altavista or hyperreal)
