CA3046 vs LM3046

here in the us jameco has the ca3046 www.jameco.com ...it describes them as
npn arrays so i suspect they are the same, but am not sure...ps these are
less than a dollar each (us) from jameco while genuine lm 3046 are nearly
$1.50 us each from digi-key...www.digikey.com...i have not found a online
mail order source for the lm 3046's except for digikey yet.
