This was discussed in detail recently in the effects-diy section
of the Ampage bulletin board.

It has an archive, the board is everything a board shd be,
but sometimes a tad slow, and takes a little getting used to,
maybe. Most of the action there is valve amps, but the fx general
and fx diy is where I hang out.
