	Welcome to the list.  It is an honor to have another such educated and
experienced member to join these ranks.  This list seems to have a variety
experience in its members.  There are guys like me who know just enough to
struggle by or almost nothing and others who are design gerus.  Since I am
one of the one's who knows little, I rarely post, but I do read it all and
contribute when I have something (rare).  I look forward to hearing from
you.  Many people here seem to throw ideas about without fear of
embarasment, but rather a spirit of true constructive observations and
suggestions.  This is by far the best subscription mail list I have ever
enjoyed.
	This might be a good time for me to publically thank the others on this
list who share on a regular basis.  Although much of it is still over my
head, I have learned greatly from your unselfish explainations.
