Suppose there are 2 sawtooth oscillators, both driven by
identical currents.
Now if the integrating capacitor of the second is instead
discharged by a switch driven from a comparator which looks at 
the instantaneous sawtooth output of the first and an input
voltage, then we have it.

This is prob what everyone is talking abt, but I am 
missing that Polyphony article and cant find the Electronotes one.
