Mad Mouse Update & Mods

I have posted the Mod page. I have included mods for turning the AD
generators into ADSRs, pulse out and PWM to the vcos, vco sync, vco 3046
heater and 1/4" cv jacks. I also updated the whole page. I'll post a PCB
layout for the heater later tonight. I left it out of the upload by
mistake.

If you sent money last week I'll send your board out tomorrow.
