Hi all:
I have an old Fairchild data book which lists the uA726 temperature
controlled differential pair. I spotted two things of interest in the date
sheets. A graph of power dissipation for the chip heater vs ambient
temperature goes to zero dissipation when the ambient temperature reaches
97 degrees C, so I assume that is the chip temperature. Also, the heater
current at an ambient temp of 25 degrees C is 6 ma, with + and - 15 volts
supply that is 180 milliwatts.
I have no idea how many on this list have this information already, if
anyone wants to see the data sheets, let me know, I'll scan them.
