Looks nice. Such low resistor values would have advantages, too.
(You have lot of scope to increase the resistor for LFO range,
for example.)
I wonder if linearity is affected with relative high current thru the
differential pair. Have you checked if the current distribution
thru the pair is stable in the upper ranges ?
(It's just a question - I have no idea if it would be a problem or not.
My guess would be that even the MS-20 scheme would need some
HFT trimming if it wasn't for the rather low currents thru the pair.
They have a 100k resistor for the 2' range ! )
