My PLN 0.03 on cheap PCs

Over here *everybody* assemble their own PCs. And the market for it
is huge. You can buy everything everywhere - the latest stuff of course.
Most popular places (not shops - kinda like flea-markets) are so crowded,
that one need to queue for couple of hours to get there.
Most of my friends do small businesses based on selling PC gutts.
