As it happens I'm just in the process of changing my other email address
for this reason. I've started receiving some very offensive and disturbing
spam just recently and I've had enough. It's less common for spam mail to
be picked up from your site but it does happen. However if you ever use
USENET then it's very easy to have your email added to a list somewhere.
There was a time when a few electronic-music related lists suffered from
bots reading the list members from the list function within the majordomo.

But you know what makes me laugh about all of this. 90% of the spam I
receive is from people telling me that spamming people really works. And
that if I buy a list or get them to send out 10 million email messages it
will work. Yea Ok then how come the majority of spam is spam about spam?

But just wait till you start to receive vailed death threats as spam. "If
you don't buy this product or do this thing, you will die...." Nice one.
I've really had quite enough.

Oh BTW. Does anyone know if these bots are smart enough these days to
understand the "NOSPAM" inserted into the email address. Is inserting
"NOSPAM" enough?
