VC envelope shower

Hi everybody!

Few days back we were all pleased by JH's VC HADSR,
and now there's another VC envelope on the web.
It is my too-long developped EG based upon SSM2164.
It's 5 stage bipolar voltage controlled ADBDSR, but I call it
ADDSR (decay1, decay2).
3 levels in range +/-5V, 4 times from 0.5ms to 50s
