Best to clean j-wire with?

That sounds right for the liquid - you wipe it on, it dries to a light haze,
then you wipe it off.
The impregnated cloth doesn't seem to have as much haze.

Just don't go mental with it. It only took a couple of wipes of the wire and
bus bars, then a wipe with cotton wool to get them shining.

The surface on them was black crud, so some of it had to come off ;-) You
can't make an omlette without breaking eggs...

Repeated use may wear thru' the plating, but this was the first time this
particular keyboard had been cleaned in 15 years, so I may not live long
enough to repeat this too often.
