Diode Spec Question

Is it maximum forward drop? This would aplly to maximum power consumption.
If currents are getting large, the parasitic Rs are noticable and 
add some voltage to the typicall "0.3V" rule. This rule is only an estimation,
the ideal diode voltage depends also on current.
One should say "0.3V @ 100uA", that would bet better.
