Trautonium II

Hi All !

Guitar to midi boxes use this in mono mode .  And can be played with 
a bottleneck .  Have not tried it in this context though, but i 
guess, since the attack (how fast is a kickdown on a pedal ? :) ) is 
slow, it could be used .  Combined with an E-Bow maybe ;-)

I've tried the out  the "Trautonium Principle" on my Nord-Modular and 
got fairly good (weird) results, apart from the fact that the master 
osc does not go up high enough .

There are a couple of things that puzzle me :  were the filters just 
used as BP or as resonant peaks mixed in with the original, and were 
ther no presets for the filters on the Mixtur-Trautonium ?  The 
pictures seem to indicate lots of filters .

I saw the mention of thyratrons .  I know Eric Barbour uses these in 
his oscillator, but how would they be used here ?

There has been at least one documentary about Oscar Sala, on German 
TV .  I saw it, i guess about 4 or 5 years ago, but i did not record 
it .  Anybody knows if this is available somewhere ?
