Hi Steve:

The ROHM catalog I have shows the NPN in this part is equivalent to a
2SC2412K, and the PNP is a 2SA1037K.  I have a data book that shows those
two parts are complimentary, and have generally similar characteristics.  
This looks like two separate chips packaged together.  Probably no special
matching of the chips.
