Dear All,

	Anyone out there had any experience using NPN/PNP
	transistor pair for temperature compensation as applied
	to VCF circuitry.

	Moog seemed to use this in a number of models (Mini,
	Taurus I, Prodigy) with 'discrete' devices and recommended
	matching their Vbe values.

	Rohm produce some SMT NPN/PNP packages (IMZ1A)
	which I would assume are matched thermally but are their
	Vbe values matched ?

	Comments ?

PS.............On the subject of dikes once heard a Dutchman say he liked
dikes
	but he wouldn't put his finger in one !!!
