Mouser has offered to keep a parts list for the MM-1 on file. Ask for Kim
Bates. Ask her for the MM-1 parts and she will know what your asking for.

Digi-key has a suitable MM case. Hammond 1595EBK 8.46 X 5.12 X 2.95. Your
peel-n-press panel sticker will just fit. It's even slanted a little.
Digi-key # HM244-ND $12.45. 

ATTENTION MM OWNERS!
I have hacked the 3046 heater onto the MM. Super simple and it works great.
You can stick your MM in any case you like, as many as you wish and they
will stay in tune (mostly anyway). I will do those Mod pages soon.
