There's some good ones at Pass Labs (BJT's, MOSFET and tube OpAmps)

I have the Elektor "Prelude" class A preamp, possibly the one that Martin
Czech had referred. It sounds great, and I can e-mail you the schems.
*Lots* of trannies, but think you don't mind...

If it's not enough, I have lots of others (some from my design) that I'm
testing with good results. Just ask.
