No. That is the behaviour to be found at hybrid synths with digital  
Envelopes, but analog filtering. e.g. Roland JX3/8P.

The envelopes of a lot of real analogue Synths work th other way. If you have  
a slowe release and you repeat a note often, you can do something like  
dynamically play on a non dynamic keyboard.
