Overshooting circuit ?

i want the solution to be as simple as possible. A very simple
(e.G. R/C) filter will not oscillate, and a full-blown moog ladder
or something would be too much for this simple task.

I habe been experimenting with someting like an R/C combination
in the feedback loop of an opamp, but did not have luck...
