Reed Ghazala (spelling?) made a device like an octopus, with LDRs
in suckers that you stick on the TV screen. They controlled oscillators,
I think. It was written up in Experimental Musical Instruments mag
some years ago.
He's the guy who does 'circuit bending' on Speak&Spell etc.
It wd make a nice supplement to the news, when something hapens, you wd
hear it.. in fct, it wd be good for a security camera system.. just drone
away, then when someone moves, you wd wake up!
