another matched triple.. LM389

Hi Paul, you're right about the transistors. The app-notes say
"Excellent matching"  but I don't think I've seen more than a
couple of these things. Mouser and Digi-key don't list 'em and
ECG doesn't cover it. It might be hard to find OTOH it might be
worth it. Thanks for digging this up.
