Anyone with opinions on cheap codecs for DSP? I'm thinking Burr Brown.. any experiences? Unfortunately, must b cheap <$10 paul perry melbourne australia and also, in a BBD device, is there anything subtle like a compression effect as they overload? I'm trying to replace one with a codec & memory.
