Dear all,

  I need to find a cheap programmer for some PAL's.
  Im talking less tahn a hundred quid, do I need one? I have
some JDEC format files that I need to put on some pal's
so I guess I need some software to do this part too. I dont
know how hard it would be to build a simple programmer.

  Anyhelp will be appreciated.
