quick and dirty under 30-minute synth

With two people and a length of plastic hose, you could have a crude
bio-mechanical oscillator/filter.  Have one person blow a raspberry/Bronx
cheer into one end of the hose.  At the other end, the other person holds the
hose in his/her mouth and filters the output as if it were a talk box tube.
May need a spit valve somewhere in the middle of the hose.

[Aside from simple live or recorded performance and 30-minute deadlines, I 
leave any possible MIDI/CV interfaces (and the ethics of such things) to the 
good folks in Biomedical Engineering.]
