Roland DC-20

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has the schematics or can point me to the
schematics for the Roland DC-20 Analog Delay.
I'm looking at modding it to have VC feedback and VC delay time.
Also, what's up with the Panasonic site? I can't seem to get any data
sheets on the BBD devices, I'm after data on the MN3005 and the MN3101.
